WIZTECH ITSM (IT Service Management) support avenues in place to track and assist with any Support Issues efficiently and effectively. There are 3 avenues for you to obtain support.
- Call at +65 6817 2641. Service Desk Consultants will assist in getting the Support Issue details from you and open a Support Ticket in the ITSM Portal on your behalf.
- Submit a self-service ticket. Login to https://support.wiztechww.com, provide the Support Issue details via the Web Portal Form and a Support Ticket will be opened in the ITSM Portal. Once submitted, Service Desk Consultants will attend to you accordingly.
- Send an Email to [email protected] and a Support Ticket will be opened in the ITSM portal to our Service Desk Consultants. Our consultants will then attend to you accordingly.
